前端性能优化，体验优化 (#1178)

* 优化角色管理中菜单和api管理的确定按钮，固定在右上角，更容易操作，每次修改完不需要拉到最上面再确定

* 角色管理中 api和菜单树 增加筛选框

* vite更新至3.0

* 取消sass-loader

* 取消*zoom 的打包报错
